JJ McCarthy and hubby Katya Kuropas Welcome Boy

JJ McCarthy Can add a new title to his name: Father.

Minnesota Vikings Quarterback, 22, and his fiancé, Katya Kuropasannounced the arrival of their first child together in a joint Instagram Mail on Friday 12 September.

“Welcome to the world Rome Micah McCarthy ✨ The sweetest, most perfect gift from God !! We are so incredibly blessed to be your parents💙 8.7lb 21 inches.,” Read the caption.

The post included pictures of the newborn rest while they were wrapped in a turn. Another picture showed that McCarthy admired his son as he held him in his arms.

McCarthy commented on the post, “God is great! & So are you my love @KATYAKuropas. “The official Instagram account for the Vikings commented,” 💜💜. ”

Comedian Nick Swardson Commented: “Looks like you got the little guy from Cinnabon! 😂 Many blessings to you and your family, JJ. ❤.” Vikings offensive tackle Walter Rouse Commented, “Congratulations !! I’m so happy for both of you!”

McCarthy and Kuropas was engaged in January 2024 and announced their pregnancy through one Joint instagram post in May.

McCarthy was at the Vikings Team facility on Thursday, September 11 for meetings and a team review before asking the Viking’s head coach, Kevin O’Connell, if he could leave before training to take Kuropas to the hospital, Minnesota Star Tribune reported.

He returned to training on Friday, per outlet.

Other than his early departure on Thursday, McCarthy participated in all team activities this week and is expected to start during the Vikings game on Sunday, September 14, against Atlanta Falcons at US Bank Stadium, Per ESPN.

Said O’Connell While talking to reporters The McCarthy asked him for permission to accompany his hubby to the hospital, as well as “pointer” about what he would say during work.
