An employee in elementary school at Rhode Island is accused of biting a student after the child threw color over a classroom.
Yaritza Martinez is facing a simple accusation of abuse after the incident, which was said to occur on September 5 at Lillian Feinstein Elementary School in Providence.

The police were later called to the scene and spoke to the headmaster of the school, who said they had asked Martinez to stay on schooling but at that time could not come into contact with her.
The victim and his father then met the police to give more information.
During the interview, the victim showed the police his alleged damage from the incident and claimed that he had asked Martinez if he could paint – and then threw color over the classroom when she denied the request, according to the report.
It is unclear what happened between it and the alleged part due to editorials in the report.
Martinez turned in on September 9 and returns to court on November 7 for a pre -conference, according to a copy of her criminal court obtained by People.
