People received Dispatch Audio from Scott, 57, and Kelley’s home on Tuesday, June 17 with an unknown caller (whose name is edited) reporting to the authorities that there was a “family struggle.” On the same day of the call, Kelley and handcuffs were arrested by Sheriffer in Utah County, Utah.

A spokesman for Summit County Sheriff’s Office told People that a “small handful” of calls for service had been made to the authorities from Wolf’s home before Friday incident.

The transmission sound obtained by people hears a sender saying: “It looks like the violation was removed from that day, after the last time law enforcement was out.” The police have not confirmed who they were referring to the call.

On Friday Kelley uploaded a video for her Instagram Profile that captures the moment that police officers arrived to take her to the hospital. Her detention came three days after she and Scott announced that they were separate after 21 years of marriage.

“Oh my God. Don’t do it. Oh my God, this doesn’t happen,” said Kelley, 48, in the video, which only showed a black screen until the last few seconds. At the end of the clip, Kelley will appear on the camera together with the responding police.

“This is shameful, gentlemen,” she told the authorities. “Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Ashamed, ashamed of yourself, gentlemen.”

One of the officers then told her that she “does not go to jail” and that they will get her “some help”, and she replied, “I know what I do, I’ve done this. This is my job.”

Later that day, law enforcement confirmed in a statement to people that Kelley was adopted at a local hospital after being arrested.

“When they talked to the woman, our deputies were told that she had commented on a family member, and she also made similar comments to our deputies.” The statement concluded, “For this reason, our alternates transported the woman to a local hospital.”

A spokesman for Utah County Sheriff’s Department also confirmed exclusively for people that Kelle was handcuffs according to the department’s policy.

Kelley shared a photo of her Instagram stories Shortly after her Instagram Live, which showed her possessions in what seemed to be a hospital room. “I have been accepted my will. Check my children,” she wrote in block text over the post. “Also … I’m happy !! happier than I’ve ever been.”

Later that day Billy Bush confirmed in one Instagram -video that “Kelley gets the help she needs.”

“And I can tell you, I talked to her, talked to her herself, one on one personally about it. She has excellent parents. They are on it.” Adds, “she is a beautiful person, and so is Scott.”
