Police say a 13-year-old girl pulled out her own hair to submit her DNA certificate at a 19-year-old man who is said to sexually attacked her.
Angel Lopez, 19, is accused of attracting the girl through conversation on TikTok for four days, said Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office in a statement March 27th. Lopez then paid for his Uber trip from Westmoreland County, PA., To Philadelphia, where he is alleged to attacked her in his home after offering her drugs.
Lopez appeared in court on Thursday, April 10 for a preliminary hearing after his arrest, reports Wtae.
Lopez was accused of “kidnapping a minor, human trafficking, involuntary deviation of sexual intercourse from a person less than 16, illegal contact of a minor, involvement of child custody, statutory sexual abuse, aggravated undue abuse against a child, sexual abuse of a child, corruption.
The girl told the police that he said, “they will not be able to find you anyway,” according to the criminal complaint, according to WTAE. After the victim was attacked, the defendant said she would show “to wash her DNA from her,” said DA’s office.
